The Challenge
Guests at a 3-day island charity weekend dug through PDFs with weak cell service. Staff had no fast way to announce a changed boat time.
What We Built
- A live up-next countdown, day-by-day itinerary, maps and dress-code lookbook, all offline.
- A staff console that sends or schedules push alerts to every guest or to chosen groups.
- An AI concierge answers questions about boats, parking and packing from notes staff can edit.
- Staff change times and items without shipping a new app release.
The Outcome
The app went from brief to guests' phones in 13 days, then grew to iOS and Android for two more events.
